If you have a case in underwriting with us and would like to check the status you can do so by downloading our software, Advisors Assistant, to your computer. You must contact our new business team for login information. To download the software to your desktop please follow the directions below.
1. Click on Advisors Assistant Logo to download case management software to your computer
2. Click on Run software to download. Click run after it has downloaded.
3. Advisors Assistant Station Program window will ask you to install the following items. Click the install button. This will take a few minutes to install
4. Once this is complete a wizard will appear that will guide you through the installation process. Click next.
5. Accept the terms of the license agreement and click install. Once setup is complete click finish.
6. The Advisors Assistant Station Program will ask you to click next to continue the installation. Click next. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
7. Click next to install folder. Click Install.
8. Advisors Assistant Database Connection Utility screen will appear. Check off “Database server in on a remote Web Server”.
9. Go to thislinkand Copy and paste the Web Server address and public key
10. Click OK.
11. An Advisors Assistant logo should be located on your desktop.
